FWD Ventures LLC, a corporation based in Florida, doing business as FWD Ventures, the operator of the Website (“we” or “us” or “FWD Ventures”), through the www.fwd.ventures (“Website”) we render our Users (“User” or “You”: anyone who visits/accesses our Website) with an opportunity to submit their unique Idea/Content (“Idea/Content”: Unique Concept that User submits on our Website) to us.

We understand that you are concerned about your privacy regarding the data we collect from you. Some portion of your data which we collect may be considered as personal information. We do share data with third parties for marketing purposes except where you have explicitly consented to it. Any disclosure of data we do shall strictly comply with the terms stated in the document herein or where it is essential for us to grant you access to Website.

Personal Information: Users of our Website submit Personal Information to us when they fill in the Idea-Submission form. Personal Information is defined as any information through which an individual could be identified. This Privacy Policy shall consider any information as Personal Information according to the aforementioned definition.

Not all information we collect is Personal Information. We collect information in two ways:  1. when the user relays the information and 2. Information we collect automatically.

When you fill-in the Idea-Submission form we ask for information such as Name, email address, contact number, city, state, country.

1.1 To enable you have a more personal experience on our website. We do this by recognizing your preferences from your previous interaction/s on our website and customizing our website according to your choice.

1.2 To inform you about any new services launched or any change in the nature of services provided to you or any service that we have discontinued with (not obligated to inform you), and for any similar objectives.

1.3 We may disclose the information collected to third party, but this shall only be for the purpose of delivering to you any of our services or to render you any of our services that you have signed-up for on our website.

1.4 To respond to your request/query, to facilitate dispute settlement or for our customer support to resolve your complaint.

1.5 To facilitate account set-up when you choose to sign-up with any third-party account such as Google, Facebook etc.

1.6 We only collect information to an extent wherein it fulfils the above stated objective. We do not collect Personal Information which is not relevant for our objectives as stated above.

1.7 As stated earlier some information we collect automatically. These information are not personal in nature and essentially helps us to identify the device, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (often associated with the portal through which you enter the Internet, your Internet service provider (“ISP”), your company or your university), browser type, referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our Site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.

1.8 Non-identifying Information: We gather certain information which is general in nature and any individual cannot be identified through it. Information of Non-identifying nature shall only be considered as Personal Information if it is attached to Personal Information. For example, Gender in itself will not be categorized as Personal Information but when it is combined with information such as “Name” of an individual then it is a Personal Information.

It is a technique by which the website identifies a particular user. We use cookies and other similar technologies when you use our website, use our mobile app, or engage with our online ads or email communications.

3.3 We do not share your email address or contact information or any third parties’ email addresses with any third parties outside of the terms stated in this section of our Privacy Policy.

3.4 We may share some or all of your Personal Information with another business entity should we plan to reorganize, spin out, merge with, acquire, or be acquired by that business entity. Should such an event occur, we will require that the new or combined entity follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your Personal Information.

3.5 We may disclose information to law enforcement agencies, or under a direction by court of law or to cooperate with investigating agencies concerning any investigation.  We shall only disclose after examining the bona fides of such request made to us. Information such as Name, email address, contact number, city, estate, country shall be disclosed to the law enforcement agencies under such a request.

3.6 We shall also disclose information to law enforcement agencies or similar regulatory bodies if we believe in good faith that it is absolutely necessary to prevent you from imminent harm (physical or financial), illegal activity.

4.1 We shall store your personal information until it serves the purpose for which it was collected or is essential to render you our services.

4.2 The exceptions to the above stipulations are:

    • When required under law
    • For our operations where we need the record to deal with any complaint or where under law, we must comply with closed accounts regulations.
    • You can always cancel delete your account on our website or you can request that we no longer use your information to provide our services to you. In compliance with such a request we shall delete your personal information held with us. However, we may store data even after the request if required under law or for our operation of the business.

Any information we collect is stored securely on the on our servers or servers of a third-party supplier situated in United States of America. Where the data is transmitted to third party outside U.S jurisdiction and that place does not have laws similar to CCPA or has less stringent provisions than CCPA; we ensure that the third-party handles and manages data according to the CCPA standards. All our third parties are bound by data protection agreement which they have executed before sharing data with them.

Our Website may contain links to other Website of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other App. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the third party in question.

7.1 We believe in state-of-the-art security technology for protecting our Website from any cyberattacks or similar scenarios. Therefore, we deploy advanced technology to our Website for providing Website services so that our users can use without any consternations regarding cybersecurity issues.

7.2 However, internet is not bereft of cyberattacks which have collapsed the best of technologies. We try our best that data you transmit through the Website is secured and no unauthorized access could be made to the data we store. We do not warrant and represent that your data is unbreachable.
